Gentex Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend


ZEELAND, MI--(Marketwire - Aug 17, 2011) - Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ: GNTX), the Zeeland, Michigan-based manufacturer of automatic-dimming rearview mirrors and camera-based lighting-assist features for the automotive industry, commercial fire protection products and dimmable aircraft windows, today announced that its Board of Directors recently declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 (12 cents) per share that will be payable October 21, 2011, to shareholders of record of the common stock at the close of business on October 7, 2011.
