Data-Systems International Announces ClientTrack(TM) Software Update for HUD HPRP Reporting

In Less Than Two Weeks, DSI Programmed CT Essentials for HMIS(TM) to Include a New HUD-Required Question for the Year 2 HPRP APR

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - Aug 17, 2011) - Data-Systems International (DSI), the leading provider of case management software for social services, today announced it has upgraded its CT Essentials for HMIS™ software program to include a newly required question for the Year 2 Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program Annual Performance Report (HPRP APR). The upgrade helps assure that ClientTrack users who receive funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) HPRP will be in compliance when they submit this year's report.

On July 11, HUD announced that it had added one question to the HPRP APR, which social services organizations must answer in order to continue receiving HUD HPRP funds. DSI went to work immediately to incorporate the new question into the report. As a result of DSI's rapid response, all DSI-hosted ClientTrack™ customers got the update automatically on July 22. (Self-hosted customers may request the update from their account manager.)

"Maintaining compliance with HPRP reporting is critical to our customers. They rely on us to stay ahead of compliance-reporting issues so that they can spend less time worrying about compliance changes and standards, and more time focused on their clients," said Carl Champagne, chief executive officer for DSI. "We got this update finished, reviewed for quality assurance, and ready for customers in less than two weeks -- well ahead of the Nov. 30 reporting deadline -- so our clients won't miss a beat."
