Peab's acquisition of Terje Hansen approved

 

Peab has previously announced the acquisition of 65 per cent of the
shares in Terje Hansen AS. The Norwegian Competition Authority has
decided not to intervene thus approving the acquisition. Peab has taken
over the shares as of 22 August 2011.

Terje Hansen has 45 employees and a turnover of NOK 144 million during
2010.
