Interim Report January-June 2011

Interim Report January-June 2011

“The merger with Hamelin is progressing as planned and a new, stronger
Bong is taking shape. A great deal has already been accomplished in the
work to realise synergies, which is continuing full force,” says Bong
President and CEO Anders Davidsson. “However, the volume trend for
envelopes is weaker than expected. Combined with continued price
increases on uncoated fine paper and other raw materials, this is
putting pressure on earnings. We are working hard to pass on the price
increases and further reinforce our cost efficiency programme.”
