Britt Rogers Joins King & Spalding's Corporate Practice in Atlanta


ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - Sep 6, 2011) - Transactional lawyer Brittain A. (Britt) Rogers has joined the corporate practice of King & Spalding in Atlanta, Ga., as counsel, the firm announced today. Rogers joins King & Spalding from the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

He also provides clients guidance on corporate governance, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations and employment issues.

Rogers holds a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Rhodes College.
