Berlin, 7 September 2011 - Herlitz AG announces that the Supervisory Board
of the company has decided in its ordinary meeting of today that Mr Thomas
Kersten Radke will be appointed as member of the Executive Board of the
company and of Herlitz PBS AG with effect from 1 October 2011. Mr Radke
will join the Management Board team with Mr Thomas Hübner as Chairman of
the Board and Mr Cheong Seng Ng. He will be especially responsible for
marketing and sales.
