Theatre Under The Stars and the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts Renew Partnership With Paciolan

TUTS Adds Paciolan's Customer Relationship Management Solution

IRVINE, CA and HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Sep 8, 2011) - Paciolan, a leading provider of ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solutions in performing arts, today announced that Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS), Houston's acclaimed non-profit musical theatre company, and the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, a $100 million performing arts complex in Houston, TX, have renewed their partnership with the company. Through this partnership, TUTS and the Hobby Center will continue to leverage the Paciolan system to sell tickets, market their events and manage patron relationships. Working with Paciolan since 2001, TUTS will also add Paciolan's CRM solution to their portfolio.

"Paciolan delivers all the features we need from a single source," said David Greiss, director of sales and marketing for Theatre Under The Stars. "This continued partnership provides us all the many aspects of ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and social media with fluid continuity."

With this partnership renewal, TUTS plans to implement Paciolan's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, which will allow it to manage every point of contact with each patron to enhance customer services and grow lifetime relationships.

"Paciolan's CRM solution will give us a more holistic view of our patrons," continued Greiss. "The additional layers of information will give us the critical components to better serve our patrons and donors and foster intimate customer relationships."

TUTS and The Hobby Center will also continue implementing Paciolan's marketing services, including its retargeting and search marketing tools, to increase interactivity with patrons and ultimately sell more tickets. In a recent retargeting ticket sales campaign for Rock of Ages, for example, TUTS generated nine dollars of revenue for every one dollar spent on the campaign.

Pioneers in print-at-home and digital ticketing, TUTS and the Hobby Center will continue to leverage Paciolan's digital ticketing services to provide convenient purchase and delivery methods for their patrons. Customers can purchase tickets online and print them at home without having to wait in long will call lines. Patrons can also transfer tickets to family or friends, while TUTS and the Hobby Center are able to track attendance at their venues' various events.

"We're happy to be extending our partnership with such an acclaimed theatre company as Theatre Under The Stars and a world-class venue as the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts. We are excited about adding our integrated CRM system to help TUTS achieve continued success," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan.
