Sachin Kansal Appointed Vice President Product, Brian Draves Named General Counsel


REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - Sep 15, 2011) - Reputation.com, the leader in online privacy and reputation management, today announced new additions to its executive management team: Sachin Kansal, Vice President Product and Brian Draves, General Counsel. Kansal joins Reputation.com from Palm and will be responsible for overall execution of Reputation.com's global product vision. Draves comes to the position of General Counsel at Reputation.com with deep experience in privacy and law, most recently serving as General Counsel at the data encryption company, PGP Corporation.

While at Palm, Kansal launched over 20 high profile products worldwide, including the webOS operating system, the Palm Pre smartphone and the recent HP Touchpad tablet. Brian Draves joins Reputation.com after seven years at data encryption company, PGP Corporation. As General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of PGP, Draves was responsible for all legal and human resource functions during the company's growth to four hundred employees in six countries and through the sale of PGP to Symantec Corporation for $300 million. Draves brings to Reputation.com his broad knowledge and expertise in privacy law, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, intellectual property, and corporate governance and compliance.
