PKC’S ACQUISITION OF AEES COMPANIES TO BE COMPLETED

PKC Group announced on 9 August 2011 that it had signed an agreement for the purchase of the AEES companies. The requirements of closing have been fulfilled and the closing will become effective and ownership and control will transfer on 1 October 2011.
