CDON Group expands Rum21 across the Nordics

CDON Group AB (publ.) (‘CDON Group' or ‘the Group'), the leading
e-commerce group in the Nordic region, today announced the Nordic
expansion of its furniture and interior decoration brand, Rum21.
Following the launch of the online stores Room21.no, Room21.dk and
Room21.fi, Rum21 is now available in Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Rum21.se was launched in 2006 in Borås, Sweden, and is a leading online
retailer of furniture and interior decoration products. The online store
offers a broad range of leading Scandinavian and European brands.
Following the launches of Room21.dk in Denmark and Room21.fi in Finland
in September, the company's Nordic expansion is now being supplemented
by the launch of Room21.no in Norway.

All the Nordic stores have the same assortment, are based on the same
platform, use the same infrastructure but offer local customer service
staff to assist customers in their own language.

Rum21.se was acquired by CDON Group AB on 1 February 2011 and is part of
the Group's Home & Garden segment together with Tretti.se.
