RUUKKI GROUP PLC'S 2012 FINANCIAL REPORTING CALENDAR AND DATE OF THE ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING

During 2012 Ruukki Group Plc ("Ruukki" or the "Company") (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V)
will publish its financial results as follows:

- Full Year 2011 Results on Friday 24 February 2012
- Annual Report 2011 during week commencing 26 March 2012
- Report for three months ending 31 March on Thursday 10 May 2012
- Report for six months ending 30 June on Thursday 16 August 2012
- Report for nine months ending 30 September on Wednesday 7 November 2012

The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday 10 May
2012. A separate notice of General Meeting will be published prior to the
meeting in 2012.
