1. In line with Section 21(1) of the WpHG, Baden-Württembergische
Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte headquartered in
Tübingen/Germany notified us on 14 October 2011 that its voting rights in
Masterflex AG, Gelsenkirchen/Germany exceeded the 3% threshold on 13
October 2011. Its voting rights total 3.28% (291,000 shares).

2. In line with Section 21(1) in conjunction with Section 22(1) Sentence 1
No. 6 of the WpHG, LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart/Germany, notified us on 14 October 2011 that its voting rights in
Masterflex AG, Gelsenkirchen/Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on 13
October 2011. Its voting rights total 3.28% (291,000 shares). The third
party within the meaning of Section 22(1) Sentence 1 No. 6 of the WpHG is
Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und
Tierärzte headquartered in Tübingen/Germany, from whose shares LBBW Asset
Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart/Germany will be allocated
voting rights. The allocated voting rights total 3.28% (291,000 shares).
