Missing publication of new head- and stadium-sponsor
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has reprimanded Silkeborg IF Invest A/S that the company did not disclose information about the new main and stadium sponsor in a company announcement as soon as possible after the signing of agreement cf. Rule 3.1.1 in Rules for issuers of shares. .

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the exchange publish decisions concerning a reprimand or a fine, with the identity of the issuer. This is stated in Rules for issuers of shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, rule 5.
