Satair A/S - deletion
Satair A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 4 November 2011.
Thus, last day of trading in shares issued by Satair will be 3 November 2011.
The reason for deletion is that Airbus Denmark Holding ApS on 5 October 2011 initiated a compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in Satair A/S pursuant to sections 70-72 of the Danish Companies Act. The shareholders of Satair A/S have therefore been invited for a 4-week period ending on 3 November 2011, to transfer their shares in Satair A/S to Airbus Denmark Holding.
