Mecox Lane Limited Announces Changes to Management

SHANGHAI, Nov. 7, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mecox Lane Limited ("Mecox Lane" or the "Company"), which operates one of China's leading online platforms for apparel and accessories as measured by revenues in 2010, announced today the following changes to the Company's management team:

• The appointment of Mr. Shengqing Jiang, vice president of logistics; and
• The resignation of Mr. Richard Sijie Pu, vice president of e-commerce, for personal reasons.

Mecox Lane's Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Alfred Beichun Gu stated, "I would like to welcome Mr. Jiang aboard. His extensive experience in logistics management will be a key asset to Mecox Lane. Our logistics network is the backbone of our e-commerce operation and with this new strategic hire, we will continue to enhance our operating efficiency in order to better serve our customers."

Mr. Shengqing Jiang joined Mecox Lane as vice president of logistics. Prior to joining Mecox Lane, Mr. Jiang worked at Dangdang.com, a leading B2C e-commerce company in China, from 2008 to 2011, where he was responsible for the management of warehouse facilities nationwide and served as vice president of the warehouse department starting from December 2009. Previously, Mr. Jiang worked at the warehouse and transportation department and the logistics center of Shanghai Xinhua Media Co., Ltd. from 1979 to 2008 and served as the general manager of its logistics center from 1998 to 2008. Mr. Jiang received his junior college degree in law from Dalian Naval Academy in 2001.
