Lars Pettersson has been appointed as President and CEO of Ratos's subsidiary
Bisnode and will assume his duties at the latest on 1 May 2012. Lars Pettersson
is currently Managing Director of the IT company Atea's Swedish operations and
is also a member of Bisnode's board.
Lars Pettersson has broad experience from the IT industry and joins Bisnode from
Atea where he has been Managing Director for the Swedish operations since 2005.
Previously Lars was CEO of Martinsson and QD. Lars Pettersson was born in 1961
and has a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Umeå. He has
been a member of Bisnode's board since 2011.
Håkan Ramsin, Chairman of the Board of Bisnode, comments: "His 20 years of
experience in developing new IT-based services in close co-operation with
customers and in delivering results make Lars a highly suitable CEO for Bisnode.
His key task, together with the company's management, will be to implement the
adopted strategy and business plan and above all to create organic growth."
Lars Pettersson will assume his duties at the latest on 1 May 2012 and succeed
Johan Wall who resigned as CEO of Bisnode at the beginning of October. Fredrik
Åkerman, CFO and Business Area Director at Bisnode, will be acting CEO until
Lars Pettersson takes up his position.

company Infodata was merged with Bonnier Business Information. Bisnode is one of
Europe's leading suppliers of digital business information with services in
market, credit and business information. Using Bisnode's information services
