MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 18, 2011) - Members of the media are invited to attend CMHC's annual Montréal Housing Outlook Conference entitled "A Broader Vision."

The conference will provide an overview of upcoming trends on the national, provincial and regional real estate markets in 2011 and 2012. Experienced speakers will give you the tools you need to make informed business decisions.

Of note among the speakers will be Karen Kinsley, President and Chief Executive Officer of CMHC. Drawing on a wealth of experience, she will give you the benefit of her expertise by sharing her outlook on today's hot topics, including Canada's housing sector, mortgage market trends and the role of CMHC.

Bob Dugan, CMHC's Chief Economist, and Kevin Hughes, Regional Economist, will also present their vision of the housing market outlook for 2012 across the country, the province and its different regions. Lastly, Bertrand Recher, Senior Market Analyst, and Geneviève Lapointe, Market Analyst, will talk to you about the general trends that have affected and will affect the Montréal housing market in 2011 and 2012, as well as the outlook for the major residential markets in the Montréal metropolitan area over the coming year.
