Changed ownership structure in Catella AB (publ)

Catella's main owner and Chairman, Johan Claesson, via companies, is
increasing his stake in the share capital and voting capital by 9% and
10% respectively. Following the transaction, Johan Claesson will hold
47.6% of the share capital and 47.1% of the voting capital in the
Company. Peter Gyllenhammar, via companies, is reducing his holdings in
the Company to a corresponding extent. Following the transaction, Peter
Gyllenhammar will possess no holdings in Catella AB (publ).
Johan Claesson and Peter Gyllenhammar are both members of the Board of
Catella AB (publ) and are thus classified as insiders who possess the
same information.
