Danske Bank – major shareholder announcement
This is to announce, pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, that Cevian Capital has informed Danske Bank that the aggregate holding of shares in Danske Bank A/S held by Cevian Capital II GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Cevian Capital II Master Fund LP, Cevian Capital II Co-Investment Fund LP and Cevian Capital II Co-Investment No. 3 LP), Icahn Partners L.P., Icahn Partners Master Fund L.P., Icahn Partners Master Fund II L.P., Icahn Partners Master Fund III, L.P. and High River Limited Partnership, represented by Cevian Capital II GP Limited, totals 46,742,003 shares of a nominal value of DKK 467,420,030.00, equivalent to 5.02% of Danske Bank’s share capital and voting rights.
