conjunction with section 32 (2) InvG ('German Investment Act'), Deutsche
Bank AG, London Branch, Great Britain, on 22nd of November 2011 notified us
that the percentage of voting rights of its subsidiary DWS Investment GmbH,
Frankfurt, Germany, in STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Germany, crossed
above the threshold of 5 % on 21st of November 2011 and amounts to 5,381 %
(3.172.757 voting rights) as per this date.
