(TSX VENTURE:OPW) ("Opawica" or the "Company") - Further to its news release of November 7, 2011, the Company announces that its proposed financing has increased by 1,400,000 units and now consists of up to 4,400,000 units at $0.05 per unit for total proceeds of up to $220,000.

All other terms of the financing as detailed in the November 7, 2011 news release remain the same.
