The following information is based on a press release from Seadrill Ltd (Seadrill) published on November 30, 2011 and may be subject to change. The board of Seadrill has resolved to distribute a cash dividend of USD 0.76 per share. The scheduled Ex-date is December 8, 2011. According to NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets Rules and Regulations 4.5.3.6.1 adjustment for ordinary dividend shall be made for underlyings specified with 100 % dividend adjustment in the Quotation list. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, forwards and futures in Seadrill (SDRLN).
