Delisting of Securities of Telvent GIT, S.A., Ener1 Inc., EpiCept Corporation, Provident Community Bancshares, Inc., and Beacon Power Corporation From The NASDAQ Stock Market


NEW YORK, Dec. 1, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the ordinary shares of Telvent GIT, SA. Telvent GIT, S.A.'s stock was suspended on October 21, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Ener1 Inc. Ener1 Inc's stock was suspended on October 28, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of EpiCept Corporation. EpiCept Corporation's stock was suspended on September 19, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Provident Community Bancshares, Inc. Provident Community Bancshares, Inc.'s stock was suspended on November 03, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of Beacon Power Corporation. Beacon Power Corporation's stock was suspended on November 10, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
