WOOD DALE, Ill., Dec. 2, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Power Solutions International, Inc (OTC-BB: PSIX.OB) (the "Company") today announced that Mary Vogt, President of Home Access Health Corporation, has agreed to join the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately. She replaces Kenneth J. Winemaster who will continue to serve as Senior Vice President and Secretary of the Company.
Ms. Vogt joined Home Access Health in 2003 as its Chief Financial Officer, and was named President in 2008. Home Access Health is a medical device manufacturer and specialty laboratory serving the disease management, wellness, managed-care, and consumer markets with a suite of laboratory self-testing products. Prior to joining Home Access Health, Ms. Vogt was an independent consultant assisting businesses in the manufacturing and e-commerce industries. From 1995 to 1997, Ms. Vogt was the worldwide Director of Internal Audit for the Leo Burnett Company, and from 1991 to 1994 served as the Treasurer for Harley-Davidson Financial Services. Ms. Vogt graduated with a degree in Economics and Management from Albion College. Ms. Vogt is a member of the American Telemedicine Association, the Care Continuum Alliance, and the Midwest Business Group on Health.
