STADA subsidiary increases commitment to charity

Bad Vilbel, December 5, 2011 - STADA increases its commitment to charity.
This year, the Grippostad(R) C brand of the subsidiary STADA GmbH is once
again supporting the children's aid campaign RED NOSE DAY, which takes
place from December 5 to 8, 2011, with a generous donation. In the context
of this fundraising campaign, prominent television celebrities of the
television channel group ProSiebenSAT.1 encourage the public to donate for
selected children's aid projects. Since the campaign started in 2003, more
than EUR 10 million have thereby already been raised for selected
children's aid organizations that help children in need.
Earlier, the German STADA sales company had taken part in the RTL (German
television station) fundraising marathon on November 17 and 18 and
submitted a check of an amount in the five-digit euro area.
In addition to these annual television fundraising campaigns, the STADA
parent company and STADA GmbH also fulfill their social responsibility by,
among other things, acting as the main sponsor of the non-profit
association dolphin aid e.V. since 2007, which supports alternative
therapies for ill and handicapped children by making 'dolphin therapy'
possible for them.
