On December 2, 2011, the Royal Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, informed
us in the name and on behalf of the state of Norway pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG that via shares the voting rights of the state of Norway in
Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have
exceeded the 3% treshold of the voting rights on November 30, 2011, and on
that day amounted to 3.06% (this corresponds to 1773442 voting rights).

These voting rights are attributable to the state of Norway from Norges
Bank (Central Bank of Norway) pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
