On December 01, 2011, Odey Asset Management LLP, London, United Kingdom,
has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, have fallen below the
5% threshold of the voting rights on November 30, 2011, and on that day
amounted to 4.72% (this corresponds to 2739510 voting rights). No
individual fund managed by Odey Asset Management LLP holds more than 3 % of
the voting rights.

According to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG, 4.72% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 2739510 voting rights) is to be attributed to
the company.
