December 06, 2011: Oslo, Norway, Petroleum Geo-Services ASA ('PGS' or 'the Company') advises that the Company re-purchased a total of $5,700,000 of nominal value of its Convertible Bonds (the 'CBs') with ISIN NO 0010402761 at a price of 99.0% of nominal value.
Following today's transaction PGS owns $203,700,000 of CBs representing 50.9 % of the total outstanding issue, and 730,921 shares.
