informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on ADC African Development Corporation GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Frankfurt/Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 15% threshold of the voting
rights on November 30, 2011 and on that day amounted to 15.16% (this
corresponds to 1,159,367 voting rights).
