that via shares its Voting Rights on Softing AG, Haar, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on
December 01, 2011 and on that day amounted to 24.03% (this corresponds to
1354720 Voting Rights).
