On December 05, 2011, Trier Asset Management GmbH, Grünwald, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Softing AG, Haar, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 01,
2011 and on that day amounted to 24.03% (this corresponds to 1354720 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 24.03%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1354720 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Trier Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG.
