Carolina Dybeck Happe steps down as CFO of Trelleborg Group

Carolina Dybeck Happe has decided to step down from her position as Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) of Trelleborg Group and return to her former employer
Assa Abloy where she will assume the position of CFO of the Group.

“My decision to leave Trelleborg Group has not been an easy one,” says Carolina
Dybeck Happe. “Working as CFO of Trelleborg has been an incredibly rewarding
experience. Trelleborg is an exciting company with a strong international
corporate culture and considerable future potential. I have appreciated working
closely with Peter Nilsson and am impressed by my colleagues and the other
employees of the company. However, after comprehensively assessing the
situation, I have now decided to assume the position of CFO at Assa Abloy.”

“I would like to thank Carolina for the work that she has done as CFO. Her
operational experience and initiatives have further strengthened our financial
control and monitoring, which we will benefit from greatly in the future,” says
Peter Nilsson, President and CEO of Trelleborg. “I am sorry to see Carolina
leave, but I wish her all the best in her role as CFO of Assa Abloy.”

Carolina Dybeck Happe will step down from her position in the first quarter of
2012. The process to recruit a new CFO is in progress.
