On December 15, 2011, we were notified in the name and on behalf of
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Springfield, Massachusetts,
USA, in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1, 24 of the WpHG about the
following:

The voting rights of OppenheimerFunds Inc., Centennial, Colorado, USA, on
Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen
below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on December 13, 2011, and on that
day amounted to 1.67 % (this corresponds to 966467 voting rights).
According to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG all of these voting
rights are attributable to OppenheimerFunds Inc.

The voting rights of Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., Centennial, Colorado,
USA, on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD,
have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on December 13, 2011,
and on that day amounted to 1.67 % (this corresponds to 966467 voting
rights). According to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6, sent. 2 of the WpHG
all of these voting rights are attributable to Oppenheimer Acquisition
Corp.

The voting rights of MassMutual Holding LLC, Springfield, Massachusetts,
USA, on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD,
have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on December 13, 2011,
and on that day amounted to 1.67 % (this corresponds to 966467 voting
rights). According to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6, sent. 2 of the WpHG
all of these voting rights are attributable to MassMutual Holding LLC.

DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting
