Shareholding notification
Paris - 16 December 2011. Orco Property Group (the "Company") has been notified by a letter dated 14 December 2011 that holding of the shares and voting rights by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., Warsaw, Poland ("ING") in the Company decreased below 5%, as a consequence of disposal of the Company shares (ISIN Code LU0122624777) by ING.
ING informed the Company that it holds 819,274 Company shares as of 8 December 2011, representing 4.80% of the Company's share capital and voting rights. ING also informed that it held 868,070 Company shares, representing 5.09% of the Company's share capital and voting rights before 8 December 2011.
