Following the de-merger of Cisk AS, which was effectuated by the Norwegian Companies Registration Office on 15 December 2011, the shareholder structure in TrustBuddy International AB (publ) (“TrustBuddy” or the “Company”) has changed in the following way. Cisk AS' ownership has fully ceased and has transferred to other legal entities, as further set out below:

 

  • JAC Invest AS has increased its ownership with 73,006,924 shares from 0 shares to 73,006,924 shares and now owns 29.20 percent of the Company.
  • Nye Cisk AS has increased its ownership with 58,157,393 shares from 0 shares to 58,157,393 shares and now owns 23.27 percent of the Company.
  • Cryptononymous AS has increased its ownership with 30,853,827 shares from 0 shares to 30,853,827 shares and now owns 12.34 percent of the Company.
  • Rugl AS has increased its ownership with 25,587,773 shares from 0 shares to 25,587,773 shares and now owns 10.23 percent of the Company.
  • Fibitrust AS has increased its ownership with 23,050,431 shares from 0 shares to 23,050,431 shares and now owns 9.22 percent of the Company.
  • My Buddy AS has increased its ownership with 17,319,033 shares from 0 shares to 17,319,033 shares and now owns 6.93 percent of the Company.
  • Bøen Spar AS has increased its ownership with 11,211,435 shares from 0 shares to 11,211,435 shares and now owns 4.48 percent of the Company.
  • Loanland AS has increased its ownership with 10,813,183 shares from 0 shares to 10,813,183 shares and now owns 4.33 percent of the Company.
