Due to the fact that the October 2011 result was EUR -0.5 million below
expectations for this month and now it becomes evident that the November
result also has a negative deviation (EUR -0.7 million), the company has
developed a detailed analysis for the last month of the year. Following
this, the company expects for December 2011 as well a considerable negative
deviation to former expectations, which will also amount to approx. EUR
-0.7 million.
Although sales increase compared to 2009 from EUR 81.0 million to approx.
EUR 100.0 million, in 2011 the EBITDA is expected to be at EUR 9.3 million,
which will due to the deviation in the fourth quarter of EUR -1.9 million
be approx. EUR 3.7 million below the EBITDA of the year 2009 and therefore
as well below expectations for 2011. Due to this, the result forecast for
2011 also needs to be adjusted downwards.
Due to the considerable extraordinary effects of 2010, the comparison was
made with 2009, which so far was considered as reference year by the
company.
