CHANGE IN PKC GROUP OYJ’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Matti Hyytiäinen starts in the employ of PKC Group Oyj as of 1 January 2012 and resigns from the Board of Directors on 31.12.2011, after which the Board will continue with five members. The change relates to the previously announced appointment of Hyytiäinen as new President and CEO of PKC Group Oyj and proposal to elect current President & CEO Harri Suutari to Board of Directors of PKC Group Oyj in conjunction with the next AGM in 4 April 2012.
