On December 19, 2011, MANN Immobilien-Verwaltung AG, Karlsruhe, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Germany have due to the
increased number of total voting rights fallen below the 20% limit and the
15% limit of the Vorting Rights on December 16, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 13.336% (this corresponds to 27723557 Voting Rights).

On December 19, 2011, MANN Immobilien-Verwaltung AG, Karlsruhe, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Germany have due to purchase
of new shares from the capital increase of December 16, 2011 exceeded the
15% limit and the 20% limit of the Voting Rights on December 19, 2011 and
on that day amounted to 20.004% (this corresponds to 41585336 Voting
Rights).
