Publication of Prospectus relating to an Enhanced Buyback by way of an Open Offer and Tender Offer to subscribe up to 51,083,921 New Ordinary Shares and to buy back up to 51,083,921 Existing Ordinary Shares ("Enhanced Buyback")
Foresight 3 VCT plc shareholders will shortly receive a copy of a summary and securities note (which, together with a registration document dated 7 January 2011, form the "Prospectus") together with a circular convening an EGM of the Company to be held on 23 January 2012 at which the Company's shareholders will be invited to approve resolutions in connection with the Enhanced Buyback.
Copies of the Prospectus, and the Circular relating to the Enhanced Buyback have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will also shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
