Ring in the New Year With a LOTTO MAX Jackpot

$50 Million Jackpot + an Estimated 10 'Maxmillions'

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 29, 2011) - The holiday season might be extra jolly for lottery players with a $50 Million jackpot available on Friday's LOTTO MAX draw and Saturday's $18 Million 6/49 jackpot.

Every $5 LOTTO MAX ticket for the December 30 draw offers players three chances to win the $50 Million jackpot plus an estimated 10 MAXMILLION prizes of $1 million each.

Winning a MAXMILLION prize is similar to winning the main jackpot - a player must match all seven winning numbers drawn for that prize. If no ticket wins the $50 million jackpot, it will again carry over to the next draw, along with any MAXMILLIONS that are not won.

A MAXIMILLION winning ticket that was purchased in Richmond has not yet been claimed so be sure to check to your ticket.

On the very last LOTTO MAX draw of 2010, a single ticket won the massive $50 million jackpot - what better way to ring in the New Year.

LOTTO MAX can be played at your favourite lottery retailer and at PlayNow.com. Winning numbers can be found at bclc.com following each draw.

LOTTO MAX:

  • Draws held each Friday night
