Massy-Forget Public Relations is thrilled to announce the appointment of Annie Langlois, previously Senior Vice-President, as partner, as well as its new official designation: Massy Forget Langlois Public Relations (mflrp.ca).

History

Massy-Forget Public Relations was founded in 1982 by Josette Massy-Forget and was repurchased in 2002 by her daughter, Mylène Forget. Prior to this transaction, Mylène had worked in commercial law, than as a Ministry press secretary for the Government of Québec. She then founded her own firm and absorbed the family business. Mylène currently chairs the Alliance des cabinets de relations publiques du Québec, which is comprised of most of Québec's main public relations firms.

About Annie Langlois

Annie Langlois, APR, Dt.P., has worked as Senior Vice President at Massy Forget Langlois Public Relations since 2007. A registered dietitian, she brings her expertise in nutrition, health and agri-food communications to the table.

Annie has a proven track record as a communicator. Prior to joining the team, she was a director at public relations firm National, where she managed the NutriCom division. Before that, she helmed the internal and external communications programs of METRO Inc. as Senior Consultant, Corporate Affairs. Furthermore, she was the Communications Director for the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec for six years.

Annie holds a B.A. in Dietetics from McGill University, as well as a Certificate in Public Relations from the Université de Montréal. She has also been designated as an Accredited Public Relations practitioner by the Canadian Public Relations Society.
