International Datacasting Corporation Announces Resignation of Executive Chairman

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 18, 2012) - International Datacasting Corporation (TSX:IDC) ("IDC" or the "Corporation") announced today that Adam Adamou has resigned as Executive Chairman of the Corporation as IDC continues to focus its attention on its existing business units while deemphasizing its business acquisition strategy previously announced in December 2010. Mr. Adamou will continue to serve IDC as a director and Chairman of the Board.
