Pascal Ronde Joins LTX-Credence as Vice President of Global Field Operations


NORWOOD, Mass., Jan. 18, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LTX-Credence Corporation (Nasdaq:LTXC), a global provider of market focused, cost-optimized ATE solutions, today announced that Pascal Rondé has joined LTX-Credence as vice president of global field operations, responsible for sales, service and customer support. Mr. Rondé will report directly to David Tacelli, LTX-Credence president and CEO. Mr. Rondé, was formerly executive vice president, Sales, Service, Support and Business Development for Verigy, Ltd. (Verigy).

Mr. Rondé brings more than 27 years of semiconductor test market experience to LTX-Credence. In 2000, Mr. Rondé became the vice president of Sales, Service and Support for the Automated Test Group of the HP spinoff, Agilent Technologies. Renamed Verigy upon going public, it was acquired by Advantest in July 2011. While at HP, Mr. Rondé served in progressively more responsible sales management positions, including European business manager for semiconductor test. In 1999, he was promoted to general manager for the High Volume Manufacturing Test Customer Team in Europe, which included both the electronic manufacturing test customer team and the semiconductor test customer team. He joined HP in France in 1991 as a sales engineer for semiconductor test after 7 years with Saintel, a French distributor of ATE and ATE-related companies. Mr. Rondé holds a Masters degree in Electronics Engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, France.
