Sundance Energy Retains Prosser IR & Consulting Ltd. to Provide Investor Relations Services


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 20, 2012) - Sundance Energy Corporation ("Sundance" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:SNY) (OTCQX:SNYXF) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Prosser IR & Consulting Ltd. ("Prosser IR") of Vancouver BC, the sole principal of which is Mr. Mark Prosser, to provide investor relations services, subject to regulatory approval. Prosser IR will initiate and maintain contact with the financial community, shareholders, investors and other stakeholders for the purpose of increasing awareness of Sundance and its activities.

Prosser IR's principal Mr. Prosser has been an investor relations and corporate consultant since 2001, working with a number of TSX Venture Exchange listed companies in various roles including manager, officer and outside consultant. Over that time, Mr. Prosser developed his experience in corporate communications, corporate branding, finance, investor lead generation and database management. Sundance's agreement with Prosser IR is effective January 23, 2012, has an initial term of 3 months and may be terminated by either party upon giving 30 days written notice. Prosser IR's engagement will automatically renew for 3 month periods on the same terms and conditions unless notice of termination is otherwise provided. Prosser IR will be paid a monthly fee of $2,500 and will be reimbursed for all approved reasonable out of pocket expenses. Prosser IR has also been granted 150,000 options to purchase common shares of Sundance at a price of $0.25 per share which will vest equally and quarterly over the first 12 months after issuance in accordance with Policy 4.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange and expire five years from the date of grant. Currently Mr. Prosser does not own any common shares of Sundance.
