Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, the Company hereby announces that Hanssen Holding A/S and HS 2.G ApS has informed IC Companys A/S that Hanssen Holding A/S has sold its shares in IC Companys A/S to HS 2.G ApS, which is also owned by the Hanssen family.
Accordingly, Hanssen Holding A/S no longer holds any shares in IC Companys A/S.
Furthermore, the holding of shares of HS 2.G ApS in IC Companys A/S constitutes:
1,793,730 shares with a nominal value of DKK 10,
corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 17,937,300 or 10.58% of the total number of issued shares.
