For conference attendees, Mr. Bargar brings 14 years of experience in delivering cyber security and information assurance to the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence community. He previously served as Senior Policy and Strategy Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber, Identity and Information Assurance within the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Mr. Bargar implemented and oversaw the DoD CISO responsibilities for the Federal Information Security Management (FISMA) and Privacy Act. He was also the DoD senior representative to the White House for National Cyber Incident Response & Information Sharing.
