PetroCard Announces David Harris as New Chief Executive Officer

40-Year Fueling Industry Veteran to Replace Retiring CEO Steve Tolton

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - Jan 24, 2012) - PetroCard, Inc. (http://www.petrocard.com/), a leading fuels and lubrication distributor in the Pacific Northwest, announced David Harris as new CEO, replacing Stephen Tolton, who has retired after 4 years with the company.

Harris is a 40 year veteran of the fueling business and has held multiple executive, president and CEO positions during that time. The majority of his experience has been working in the petroleum distribution business. Harris has been the President of a number of related companies including Harris Oil Company, Metrofueling, Inc., Harris Enterprises Inc., Harris Transportation Company; Truax Harris Energy LLC; Alliance Fleet Services LLC; and Cascade Energy LLC. His last position was serving as the President of Pacific Pride Services Inc., a franchisor of cardlocks with approximately 400 franchisees in 34 states with about 2,200 locations.

Harris has been deeply involved in petroleum industry leadership roles as well, having served on the board of directors of the Oregon Petroleum Marketers Association for about seven years, including as the President of the organization. He has served on the board of the Petroleum Marketers of America Association, and as Chairman of the Pacific Oil Conference and Management Institute (a regional petroleum marketers association). During the late 1990s David served a three-year term on the Texaco Wholesale Council and served the last year of that term as the Chairman.

In the mid 1980s Harris was a founder, Director and the Senior Vice President of Petroleum Marketers Mutual Insurance Company, a risk retention company headquartered in Nashville, TN that was in the business of providing pollution liability insurance to petroleum marketers. The book of business of the company was ultimately acquired by Lloyds of London. During the late 1990s and into the early 2000s David Harris was a founder, Director and shareholder of Bank of the Northwest, a Portland, OR based NASDAQ listed publicly held company, ultimately sold to Pacific Northwest Bank (Seattle) and finally to Wells Fargo Bank.

In addition, Harris has been actively involved in environmental issues in the State of Oregon. He was appointed by the Oregon Director of Environmental Quality to serve on five advisory committees over a span of seven years to develop Oregon Administrative Rules on underground storage tanks, soil contamination, groundwater clean up rules and air shed rules relating to petroleum contaminates.

"David's demonstrated experience, passion and commitment to his company, the petroleum industry and the broader community around him make him a perfect fit for his new role at PetroCard," said Jason Metrokin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, PetroCard's parent company. "We are confident that he will build upon PetroCard's solid foundation and help take the company to the next level."

PetroCard currently offers fuel services via three primary methods: via "cardlocks," or unattended, self-serve fueling stations, via mobile fueling, and as well as via delivery to bulk fuel tanks. PetroCard is one of the largest cardlock operators in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to its fuel services, PetroCard currently sells lubricants to many different classes of trades such as retail chains, wholesale operations, automotive installers, commercial and heavy-duty fleets out of its two offices located in Arlington and Spokane, Washington and now Clackamas, Oregon. PetroCard is the largest ExxonMobil distributor in Washington State.
