“In my capacity as Danish solicitor for MSD European Opportunity Master Fund (“The Fund”) I can inform you that The Fund now owns 7.69% of Rella Holding A/S’ share capital. This announcement is given in compliance with  § 29 of the Securities Trading Act and the Executive Order concerning major shareholders.”
