Fabrication Damsen Inc. Receives Funding From Government of Canada to Enhance its Productivity


SAINT-ARMAND, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Jan. 31, 2012) - The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, announces that the firm Fabrication Damsen Inc. has been awarded financial assistance to acquire equipment to modify its manufacturing processes.

"The Government of Canada is committed to helping Quebec's small and medium-sized enterprises develop in order to remain competitive and create jobs. By funding Damsen's project, we are fostering the productivity of a homegrown enterprise," said Minister Lebel.

Damsen designs, manufactures and markets high performance flatbed trailers, unique in North America. The new equipment will enable the company to standardize all of its manufacturing processes and thus better meet the growing needs of its clients.
