Balder attracts large number of new shareholders in the preference share

Balder has been informed that Swedbank’s offering of preference shares in Balder
to the public in Sweden and to institutional investors in Sweden and abroad was
received with great interest and the offering was over-subscribed several times.
Approximately 3,400 individuals and institutional investors have been allotted
preference shares in Balder through the offering.
